They are deprived of such a right that they could not put others at risk of infection. In this regard, their health can deteriorate significantly, the disease will progress, their ability to work will decrease, which will entail undesirable consequences. Periodic medical examinations

Periodic professional examinations are mandatory by law and must be taken into account, given this fact. They are important for subordinates, and for their senior managers. Thanks to these medical examinations, various allergic diseases can be avoided, for example, while working in laundries and dry cleaners, employees deal with chemicals and may be burned or develop allergic reaction of any kind. Such manifestations do not allow workers to continue to work in such conditions. They will need a change of working conditions or a completely new position. If this factor is not identified in time, the employee can change the type of activity, leaving the employer and demand compensation from him for damage to his health at the workplace. This is not practical for the employer. Timely organized periodic medical examination will avoid such troubles.

Unscheduled occupational examinations

Carrying out this type of professional examinations is usually caused by extraordinary cases that occurred during the work process.
